1. Booking Terms

By making a reservation at Tamambo Resort, you agree to the following terms:

• A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking
• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM; check-out is at 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
• Late cancellation: Within 48 hours of check-in, one night's fee applies
• No-show: Full reservation amount will be charged
• Special promotions may have different cancellation policies

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and mobile money payments. All rates are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow all safety guidelines for activities
• Resort property must be treated with care; damages will be charged
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas

5. Activity Waivers

Participation in adventure activities (zip lining, sky cycling, etc.) requires signing a liability waiver. Participants must meet age and health requirements as specified for each activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tamambo Resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines, or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
